Function Description

As a
Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist
, your main responsibilities will include:

• Tackling complex business challenges by creating
  AI-powered applications
  (e.g., virtual assistants) to enhance customer experiences and internal efficiency.
• Ensuring the integration of
  data science and AI features
  that enhance solution quality and meet the defined
  business accuracy targets
  , using measurable input-output metrics.
• Building and maintaining
  objective evaluation frameworks
  — including
  ground truth datasets
  and
  relevant metrics
  — to monitor and improve model performance.
• Preserving
  GenAI application quality
  by identifying and mitigating issues such as
  toxicity, hallucinations, and adversarial attacks
  , through
  red teaming
  and
  AI guardrails
  .
• Applying a broad range of
  AI methodologies
  (generative and predictive):
• GenAI techniques:
  Prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, agentic applications, speech-to-text, image generation/interpretation, NLP.
• Machine learning & statistics:
  Classical ML methods and quantitative modeling.
• Demonstrating strong programming skills in
  Python
  , contributing to
  deployment of AI models in production
  using modern MLOps and software engineering tools.
• Collaborating with
  top management
  to communicate insights, business impact, and value creation through AI.
• Leveraging one of the richest and most diverse data ecosystems in the market to develop high-impact solutions.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

• Python
• Deep Learning frameworks
• Large pre-trained language and multi-modal models
• Data-centric and Responsible AI practices

Preferred:

• Domino, Git
• GenAI frameworks and tools (Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, RAG, Agentic Frameworks such as ADK, MCP, etc.)

Business Experience

Mandatory:

• Proven experience in Data Science applied to business environments
